The Proyecto Español is a language school, specialising in Spanish for foreigners. Our goal is to combine teaching with a leisure time programme which is able to meet all of the students’ expectations, and at reasonable prices.

Proyecto Español is a Centre accredited by the Instituto Cervantes. Our courses of 30 hours a week are recognised as “Bildungsurlaub” by the Ministries of Education and Culture of several German states. We have also been designated as an authorised centre for receiving Swedish students on scholarships from the Swedish government.

Our methodology is based on the automatic use of the language, as well as on direct contact between the teacher and the students and their approximation to Spanish
culture in general.

In addition to the many leisure time activities, our Programme of Conversational Exchange (without any additional cost) will help you to discover Spain outside of the classrooms.

The student will acquire experiences on the Spanish lifestyle, customs and colloquial language.

Our School is located in the heart of town and has very large, comfortable air-conditioned installations.

The students also have computers with free access to Internet, as well as a library with a book loaning service.

courses offered

- Standard course of 15 hours a week: 3 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students)

- Intensive course of 25 hours a week: 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students)

- Super-Intensive course (5 +1) of 30 hours a week: 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students) + 1 hour a day extra of private classes. It is recognised as the “Bildungsurlaub” by several German States.

- Long-term course (as of 13 weeks) of 25 hours a week: 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students). A course recognised by the CSN in Sweden.

- A long-term summer course (13 weeks) of 25 hours a week: 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students). A course recognised by the CSN in Sweden.

- Preparatory course for the DELE examination of 30 hours per week: 5 hours a day from Monday to Friday (3 to 10 students) + 1 hour extra in a small group (1 to 5 students) intended for the preparation of the examination. Recognised as “Bildungsurlaub” by several German States.

- Course for teachers of 25 hours a week: For teachers of Spanish who want to perfect their level of Spanish and also improve their didactic skills and their methodology. Duration: 2 weeks.

- Private classes and special courses: During the whole year, we offer private classes (flexible schedules).

- Custom-made courses are also offered for groups.

accommodation

We offer accommodation in apartments, in families and in hotels:

• The apartments are shared among 2 - 4 students and are totally equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and living room.
• With a family in which the student has the possibility of practising Spanish and getting to really know the Spanish culture in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
• For those who prefer to stay in a hotel, we will help you find one and reserve a room.

The different accommodations, as well as the installations, are located in the centre of the city.

The wonderful and many beaches of Alicante, as well as the nearby mountains which reach an altitude of more than 1,500 metres, offer many opportunities for making the most of your free time.
