Many years of experience organising Spanish courses in collaboration with several foreign universities (mainly in the United States and England), have enabled the AIP Language Institute to combine an efficient academic instruction with carefully personalised attention to each one of our students.

AIP’s main goal is to offer a true experience of cultural immersion in Spain in which each participant begins to develop or continue perfecting his linguistic abilities in
Spanish.

AIP guarantees that each participant will return to his country with a considerable improvement in his linguistic capacities in Spanish, a unique cultural experience and the satisfying sensation of having fulfilled his expectations.

The AIP Language Institute is located very close to the campus of the Valencia universities and a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. It offers all the conveniences of a modern language centre, which include a library, free Internet access, a projection room and multiple possibilities for cultural exchanges with Spaniards.

AIP also offers the possibility of doing internships in Valencia-based companies. The candidates should possess an intermediate level of Spanish and studies and/or experience in such branches as computer science, tourism, marketing, international relations, translation, fine arts, history, etc.

courses offered

All of our courses are directed at familiarising the student with the culture and lifestyle of the inhabitants of a Spanish city, mixed with the rich traditions of a typical Mediterranean city community.

Courses (all of them have a maximum of 8 students per class):
- Standard course: 4 levels, 4 units of 55 min, 5 days/week.
- Intensive course: 1 unit a day is added to the standard course.
- Spanish for Business: 1 unit a day is added to the standard course.
- Preparation for the DELE examination: 15 units a week.

accommodation

Regardless of the age of the student, our experience has taught us that the best way to learn Spanish and improve efficiently through oral practise in a daily manner is by
staying with a Spanish family.

AIP has known the families that work with us for many years and we trust them implicitly. The participants in our courses also have the opportunity of living in a Students’ Residence, sharing an apartment or living with a family in order to
experience Spanish culture firsthand. Other kinds of accommodation will be arranged, depending upon availability

programme of activities

The AIP Language Institute has a cultural guide specialising in tourism, who works exclusively on the programme of leisure time activities, which include: half-day excursions, week-end trips, mountain hiking and even a one week trip to the Sahara desert.
AIP will help the students make their dreams come true in Spain.
In addition, AIP organises two interesting activities a week as of September until June (but not during the summer months).
Every Thursday night, we have an “Exchange Meeting” between the School’s Spanish and English speaking students. Through activities revolving around conversations with Spanish students, we encourage cooperation and friendship as excellent ways to learn a second language.
AIP also organises CINE FORUM every Friday afternoon, where Spanish and foreign students can watch a film in original version in order to work on the vocabulary afterwards together.
